The Easy Button: Leonardo's Character Reference
What is it?
Leonardo.ai has a dedicated button in the sidebar specifically for this problem. You don't need to type complex codes like `--cref`.
How to Use It
- Go to Image Guidance: In the generation sidebar, click the 'Image Guidance' tab.
- Upload Image: Drag and drop your mascot image.
- Select Type: In the dropdown menu, select 'Character Reference'. This tells the AI specifically to copy the identity (face/body), not just the style.
- Generate: Type your prompt for the new scene. The AI handles the rest.
