DijiPilot Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2025

Welcome to DijiPilot. Our service is designed to be the fastest, most comprehensive way to launch a global e-commerce brand. This policy explains our delivery process from the moment you purchase to the second you receive your completed, "turnkey" store.

Definitions

Brand Questionnaire: The digital form you submit to our system after purchase. This is where you provide your brand vision, style preferences, and creative goals. Its submission is the official start of the build process.

Build Process: The automated, AI-driven, and expert-supervised period where our system creates your website, designs products, writes content, and configures your store's technical settings.

Delivery Timeframe: The advertised time (e.g., "72–120 hours") it takes for us to complete the Build Process. This timeframe begins only after you successfully submit your Brand Questionnaire.

Launch & Handover: The final step where we deliver your completed store by transferring full administrative ownership and credentials to you.

1. Quick Start Checklist

To ensure a fast launch, here is what you'll need. Don't worry, our questionnaire will guide you!

  • Complete the Brand Questionnaire (starts the clock).
  • Open (or plan to open) your payment account (Stripe/PayPal or apply for Platform-Native Payments).
  • Share or let us create your social + ad accounts (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • Using Amazon/Etsy/eBay? Make sure your seller account is ready to sell.

2. The DijiPilot Process: What to Expect

Our service is a "do-it-for-you" process. Here is the step-by-step journey:

Step 1: Purchase & Welcome
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a Welcome Email. This email contains your secure login credentials for the DijiPilot Customer Panel, which is the command center for your new business.

Step 2: The Brand Questionnaire (The Trigger)
This is your most important—and only—pre-launch task. Once you log in, you will be guided to our simple Brand Questionnaire. This form takes less than 30 minutes to complete and tells our AI engine everything it needs to know about your vision. The automated build and delivery timeline begins the moment you click "Submit" on this questionnaire.

Step 3: The Build Process (Our Work)
Once your questionnaire is submitted, your work is done. Our system takes over and begins the end-to-end Build Process. This includes the high-level stages of:

  • Storefront & Website Creation
  • Brand Asset & Product Design
  • Content & SEO Setup
  • Payment, Ad, & Fulfillment Integration

Step 4: Tracking Your Progress
You can monitor the status of your store's creation 24/7. Your Customer Panel features a real-time status tracker that shows you exactly which stage of the build process we are in.

Step 5: Launch & Handover (The "Delivery")
When the build is complete, we will notify you via email. We will transfer full administrative ownership of your e-commerce platform to you, making you the 100% owner of the store. Your delivery includes these "keys" to your business, as well as full access to the DijiPilot Academy to help you manage and grow your new brand.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Our Delivery Timeframe begins *after* the Brand Questionnaire is submitted. The time varies based on the complexity and number of products in your chosen package:

  • DijiPilot Discovery: 72–120 hours
  • DijiPilot Rise: 72–120 hours
  • DijiPilot Summit: 96–120 hours
  • DijiPilot Empire: 120+ hours

DijiPilot Custom Packages: If you have purchased a custom package, your specific delivery timeframe will be detailed in your project proposal and agreed upon before work begins.

A Note on Your Accounts: Don't Be Overwhelmed!

The next few sections outline information we may need about your payment, social, and marketplace accounts. Please don't worry—you don't need to have all of this ready right now.

Our Brand Questionnaire will guide you through these steps. If you get stuck, you can always skip a step to begin your core website build, and we can help you integrate these accounts later. If you have any questions at all, please contact us.

4. Account Ownership, Eligibility & KYC

Certain platforms require identity/business verification. We may request ID documents, proof of address, business papers, or a selfie to complete setup steps. In some cases, the platform may require you to submit these directly via their own portal. Any personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Centralized Email: All third-party accounts we create or manage on your behalf will be centralized under a single professional email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) to ensure you have full ownership and control. This can be the email we create for you or an existing professional email you provide.
  • Ownership: All third-party accounts (social, ads, payments) are owned by you. Where we create them on your behalf, we register them in your name and make you the primary owner/admin.
  • What we can create: Social media profiles (if allowed), and advertising accounts (e.g., Meta/Google Ads) can be created by us on request.
  • What you must create: Payment wallets/processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, local wallets) must be opened by you, under your legal name or your company’s name.

5. Payments & Platform-Native Payments

To accept payments, you need an approved payment provider under your name or company. We cannot open payment wallets in our name for your store. We are bound by the policies of all third-party platforms.

  • Geographic & Policy Eligibility: You must be a resident of (or have a company in) a country that is supported by the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify) and the payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We cannot provide services to merchants in regions unsupported by these core platforms.
  • Valid Bank Account: You must have a valid bank account in your name or your company's name to link to your payment provider. This is a mandatory requirement from all payment processors to receive your payouts.
  • Stripe / PayPal / other wallets: You must open and maintain these accounts. We will link them once ready.
  • Platform-Native Payments (e.g., Shopify Payments): Available only to eligible merchants and jurisdictions, subject to the platform’s Terms. We will submit the application on your behalf where possible, but approval is controlled by the platform. You must supply requested documentation. Approvals/refusals are outside our control.
  • Company formation (optional): If you do not have a company and wish to use platform-native payments or other providers requiring one, we offer separate consulting services (UK company setup & online bank guidance). This work is billed separately and does not count toward the 72–120 hours build timeline. Contact: support@dijipilot.com.

Remember: This can seem complex, but our Brand Questionnaire will guide you. If you don't have these accounts, you can skip this step to start your build, and we can offer separate consultation. Just ask us at support@dijipilot.com.

6. Social & Advertising Accounts (Creation & Linking)

We can create or link your Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Google, X profiles and ads accounts, subject to each platform’s rules. Some platforms may require you to complete verification steps personally.

  • If you already have accounts, add us with appropriate collaborator/admin permissions to complete linking.
  • If you do not have accounts, we can create them (where permitted) but may require ID or business documents. Some platforms strictly require the user to create the account directly.
  • Important: Any time spent waiting for platform approvals or your documents is outside the 72–120 hours website build timeframe.

7. Marketplace Integrations (Amazon, Etsy, eBay)

We will connect your products to marketplaces when your accounts are in “ready to sell” status and you grant the required permissions.

  • You must have an active, verified seller account with any mandatory tax/bank/KYC steps completed.
  • If your store is not eligible or not yet open, we can provide consulting services to help you achieve readiness (billed separately).
  • Marketplace reviews, product approvals, and sync times are controlled by each platform and are outside the 72–120 hours build window.

Don't have these accounts? No problem. We can provide separate consulting services to help you get "ready to sell." Contact us for details.

8. Dependencies Outside the 72–120 hours Scope

The advertised 72–120 hours delivery covers storefront creation and product generation. The following items are external dependencies and may extend total time-to-operate:

  • Third-party account approvals (payments, ads, marketplaces, business verification).
  • Domain DNS propagation (typically up to 24–48h).
  • Email authentication setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and warm-up.
  • Ad account/merchant center reviews and product feed approvals.
  • App store reviews/approvals for third-party apps.

9. Delays & Timeline Exceptions

Customer-Side Delays: The delivery countdown does not start until the Brand Questionnaire is submitted. If you skip providing credentials for your third-party accounts, we will proceed with the core build process to meet the 72–120 hours timeline. Your store will be delivered without these services integrated. We will complete the integrations later, at no extra cost, once you provide us with the approved, working credentials.

Our Delays: We are committed to our Delivery Guarantee. As stated in our Refund Policy, if we fail to deliver your completed website due to technical errors on our end within 30 days of your purchase or brand questionnaire submission (which ever is later), you are entitled to a full refund.

Third-Party Delays (Force Majeure)

Our system integrates with third-party partners like e-commerce platforms, fulfillment services, and ad networks. On rare occasions, these platforms may experience their own major outages. A critical third-party outage may pause the delivery timeline. We will communicate any such issues to you and resume the build as soon as the partner service is restored. This is covered under the "Force Majeure" section of our Refund Policy.

10. Custom Work, Automations & Special Integrations

Features outside your purchased package (custom automations, private apps, advanced data flows, multi-warehouse logic, etc.) are scoped separately, quoted, and billed in addition to your plan. These items are not included in the 72–120 hours timeline.

11. Domains, DNS & Email Deliverability

  • Domains: We provide a free domain name for your store as part of your package. You can tell us your desired domain name in the Brand Questionnaire. If you already own a different domain you'd prefer to use, we will guide you on how to connect it.
  • Professional Email: We will set up a professional Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) email account for you (e.g., info@yourdomain.com). This will be used as the primary, secure email for all your new service accounts, unless you provide a different one.
  • DNS propagation: After connection, public DNS can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate globally.
  • Email authentication: We configure or guide SPF/DKIM/DMARC where applicable. Deliverability improvements (warming, reputation) take additional time beyond the build window.

12. Content & Asset Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, images, fonts, copy, and other assets you provide do not infringe on third-party rights. Where we use placeholder or stock assets, their licenses are governed by the source provider’s terms.

13. Access, Permissions & Security

  • Least privilege: Please invite our team as collaborators with the minimum access needed to complete tasks.
  • 2FA: Enable two-factor authentication where available. Provide time-limited codes via secure channels when requested.
  • Secret sharing: Avoid sending passwords by email. Use one-time secret links or the platform’s collaborator invites.
  • Post-handover: Rotate any temporary credentials we used and remove unneeded access.

14. Handover Checklist & Acceptance

Delivery is considered complete when we:

  • Give you full admin ownership of your store,
  • Connect (or provide steps to connect) your domain,
  • Publish your starter products and pages as per your package,
  • Share next-step guides and note any integrations waiting on your approvals.

If some third-party reviews (like for ads or payments) are still pending, we hand over the completed store now and will finish linking those services as soon as you share the approved credentials.

15. Post-Launch Support & Useful Links

"Delivery" is just the beginning. After the Handover, your monthly "Server and Support Fee" (as defined in our Refund Policy) covers your ongoing technical support, hosting, and maintenance.

You will also have full access to the DijiPilot Academy, which contains "how-to" guides for creating and managing your third-party accounts. For your convenience, here are links to the login and creation pages for common third-party services used in our builds:
